Dec 25, 2025Great resort with wonderful staff
The resort is well planned and is located in a beautiful area of Costa Rica. We felt welcomed throughout our stay. The suite that we stayed in was very comfortable with a wonderful view from the bedroom’s balcony. It was well stocked with snacks, soft and alcoholic drinks and an espresso maker. There was always a full stock of bottles of fresh water. Food was excellent in all three restaurants within the resort. The entire staff was wonderful in every part of the resort.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy adventure
The beach is beautiful, with warm and calm water, perfect for swimming and activities. The hotel was excellent—great food, cocktails, and spotless rooms, all surrounded by nature. During other days, we enjoyed amazing tours around Papagayo, including volcanoes, waterfalls, zip lining, hot springs, and wildlife. A special thanks to Gabriel (NomadToursCR) We would definitely return!

Beautiful-exceeded expectations.
Beautiful property and excellent service. Overall enjoyed our stay much more than anticipated. Prior to our arrival, we contacted the property, as our stay had been made over 2 reservations. We requested they be linked so we don't need to check out and check back in. We also requested a roller twin bed. Both request were seamlessly honored. Property is aesthetically beautiful and well designed. Room (partial view king) is well designed, spacious, clean. We took the boat to the beach club which was lovely. Beaches- water was very calm with very little waves. Water was clear. Pool were a little chilly. Plenty of shade and loungers available at all times. We were in building 4 which is a nice location is you are an adults only group as its close to the adult pool, spa and fitness center. We also preferred the Osca breakfast over Gaia. Service was overall excellent and everyone very responsive to any request you may have. Staff really tried to remember your name, preferences etc. We used the fitness deck twice and it was sufficient for a strength workout.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service
The experience felt effortless and welcoming. The staff genuinely cares and goes out of their way to help without making it feel forced. One evening we had a small issue in our room, and it was taken care of quickly and quietly, which we really appreciated. The property itself is beautiful. The pools are stunning, especially with the views over Papagayo Bay. It’s not unusual to see monkeys in the trees or iguanas nearby, which adds to the charm and makes the setting feel very connected to nature. We booked a few activities with Gabriel from Nomad Tours Costa Rica and the process was very easy. We contacted him through WhatsApp and everything was clear and well organized, including our tours and airport transfers. We did a rainforest tour that was a great experience, and we also visited an adventure park called Buena Vista where we went ziplining and hotspring..It was fun and well suited for families. Everything went smoothly and as planned. Overall, we were happy with the service and felt the prices were reasonable compared to booking directly through the hotel. We would definitely consider booking with them again on a future trip.

This is the resort that could represent Costa Rica.
This resort represent s the best of Costa Rica , the beauty of nature and the goodness in people. I would come back to Costa Rica again and again.
