I read the reviews and we have to keep in mind that not everyone writes reviews. Some of the reviews were totally ridiculous. For us , checkin was quite long because you have to wait til 3pm and we landed at 1030. Nothing wrong with the food and if someone has an issue with the buffet, there are three other restaurants available with a reservation. There are different theme nights for supper. The Mexican restaurant has a lot of food and it was our favourite. Ocean view room was a nice view of a beautiful clean beach. Our issue was the weather unfortunately. The room was not like on the websites which at first was a bit upsetting but then you realize you Are in the room to sleep. The front desk was not aware of the photos online. There are bikes so make sure to go for a ride. As well when you are on the beach , you can go towards the right to banana bay during low tide and you can walk on the sand bar. The hotel is on the sunrise side so try to get up early to Check it out. There are plenty of water activities to do. Do not get caught in the ladies asking you to go see a presentation about the hotel membership. Just say no. The beach bar has great drinks and the burgers and fries were delicious. If you are a smoker , please respect others and don’t smoke at the entrance of the shows. We had a great time and totally recommend. It’s not a five star and the rooms and buildings do need some upgrade so as long as you know what to expect , it will be great .

Animation was great! Food was good! Staff was friendly, and beautiful beach! Theo and Calil, marina , Carlos, Dani were great staff, performers and helpful! Merry Christmas from my family to yours!

We had an amazing experience. Theo, Marina & Carlos did a fantastic job. We had so much fun all week with activities and the theatre show was incredible. The beach and sand were incredible.

Perfect family vacation with so many activity options!
Great resort - lovely beach and tons of activities. Both our kids tried the trapeze, which was super fun. Special thanks to Daniel, Roberto, Theo, Ian, Callele, and Calob (sp? At the beach bar). They were all so friendly and made our stay more fun!!! Also thx to Frederick (lifeguard) for getting aloe for our daughter’s sunburn!

Amazing beach experience
A truly magnificent experience! Our stay at this hotel in the Bahamas was unforgettable. The food was excellent, with great variety and quality at every meal. The facilities are modern, well maintained, and extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. A special highlight goes to the entertainment, which was absolutely amazing—always fun, engaging, and full of energy. We would especially like to thank Daniel, Theo,Cali, Carlos, and Roberto for their kindness, dedication, and for making our stay even more special. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return!
