    Vacation

    Family vacation, glad we came to support the Jamaican community after the hurricane. Had a wonderful time, we are blessed.

    Ok place but for not for the cost

    Its a nice property in general with 10 restaurants and very nice beach called Sand Cove. Buffet has ok varieties. But the quality of the food is not best. we have been in cheaper places and the food quality was much better. Rooms were very spacious, we stayed in ocean front rooms, but the rooms needed upgrades and maintenance. The AC smelled like rotten and it was not cold at all. The shows at night where mediocre at best. The pools were cold in Dec. The main issue we had was the friendliness of the staff. Most of them felt like they hate their jobs !! The worse part was the transportation, you need to confirm your arrival 72 hours before arriving or they will not take you. Also they have very limited number of shuttles to the airport so we have to leave very early and wait for your flight at the airport. We will never come back any Palladium.

    Very good stay

    I enjoyed my time here and definitly would come back.i have been here before (more than once) and have always been satisfied. I just didnt like the drinks this trip. kids clud worked out great for me as well

    Great time to be had

    My wife and I just got back from a week's stay before Christmas. We've stayed at GP properties ( all TRS ) in Mexico and Dominican over a dozen times but this was only our second time at GP Jamaica and we still not sure why it took almost 15 years since our first visit. Apart from the persistence of the Travel Club salespeople, the vacation was perfect. The accommodation was excellent, the property in good nick in spite of the recent hurricane, the food was excellent and varied and the staff were superb without exception. They were always friendly and helpful from gardeners, wait staff, bartenders and front line staff. We never once felt that service depended on a tip and whenever we tipped it was always gratefully and gracefully received. We will definitely not wait another 15 years or even 15 months to come back here again.

    Latoya Brown is a wonderful person who looked after our room here. Everyday the room was immaculate. Also Latoya is friendly.
